At Aleena Waqar, every design is handcrafted exclusively to order by our team of skilled artisans. Due to the bespoke nature of our creations, each order is prepared specifically for you and is therefore considered final once placed.
No Order Cancellations or Design Changes
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. This includes:
- Design/article selection
- Colour
- Customization requests
- Refund requests
- Exchange requests
Order Confirmation
After your order is placed, our Order Management team will share your order form for verification. Customers are requested to carefully review and confirm:
- Design selected
- Size and measurements
Once these details have been confirmed, the order proceeds for production.
No Changes After Order Confirmation
After the order form has been confirmed, no further changes can be made to:
- Size or measurements
- Customisation requests
- Any other production-related details
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
As every design is handcrafted exclusively for each client, Aleena Waqar does not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.
Production Timelines
Our estimated production timelines are provided at the time of purchase and may occasionally vary due to the handcrafted nature of our work or unforeseen production circumstances.
In the unlikely event of a delay, we kindly request your patience and understanding. While we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations due to production delays, a 10% discount on the order value will be provided as a gesture of goodwill and appreciation for your patience, where applicable.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements and order details are accurate at the time of confirmation. Aleena Waqar cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Quality Assurance
Every design undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch. If you receive an incorrect design or a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photographs and an unboxing video. Our team will review the matter and work towards an appropriate resolution.
Handcrafted Nature
Each Aleena Waqar creation is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations in hand embellishment, embroidery placement, fabric texture, or colour tone are a natural characteristic of artisanal craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.
